Technical Support:Assist technicians in solving difficult or complex problems in the field.Assess service quality level performed by technicians.Maintain and upkeep an efficient library on products, technical information, spare parts manual, ECB updates and other related technical documents. Ensure smooth information flow to all concerned.Improve resellers technical personnel on service capability and professionalism.Provide technical support to Equipment Sales & PT Service sales personnel.Responsible for the establishment and implementation of all quality procedures related to technical support.Maintain relevant records and report on regular intervals any technical problems with high incidence rates.Carry out periodic technical assessment of sub-contractors / suppliers for outsourced technical support.Co-ordinate with person(s) responsible to reinforce strength and improve weaknesses in the workflow chain.2. Warranty administration:Responsible for warranty assessment / evaluation and approve FNS.Coordinate and assist with all warranty issues with the customers and Product Companies as needed.Ensure all warranty jobs are closed out timely and with reports and claims to the factory.3. Technical Training:Determine technical training requirements of AC technicians, Distributor’s technicians and customers. Develop training programs to improve competence level the team.Implement procedures to ensure that training activities are performed in an organized and structured manner.Document and maintain a Technical Library of all training materials.Experience Requirements:Minimum 5-year experience of technical knowledge in Atlas Copco Power Technique products or work experience in a related industry. A working knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.Knowledge:Computer literate.Electric-Mechanical troubleshooting skill.An understanding of computers and associated systems (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc), business systems, distribution channels and accounting practicesEducational Requirements:BS Engineering (Mechanical, Electric-Mechanical discipline) or equivalent work experience.
